Sulonians of the Preparatory Section celebrated the Independence Day. Beginning with the School Song which united all in a shared sense of pride and purpose , the programme proceeded with the welcome of the dignitaries for the day. The young toddlers of SR KG, through their melodious rendition highlighted the undying spirit of our nation. The students of Std 1 treated the audience to a visual representation of the diversity and unity that defines Bharat. The Tableau presented by students of Std 3 captured the role of the great freedom fighters and their fiery speeches. The Street Play - Jagrukta Abhiyan by STD 4 emphasised the power of collective action to be a responsible citizen of a free Bharat. The Group Song by students of Std 2 became a powerful medium of unity and patriotism. As the programme ended with a heartfelt gratitude, the closing remarks of our mentor, Cabral Ma'am evoked a sense of patriotism and belonging in every person in the hall. The feeling of nationalism and the spirit of independence filled every heart of the young brigade of the Preparatory Section.
