Yoga Diaries - Way to self-discovery The students of std 7 and 8 participated in the yoga exchange program with Stevensbeek school, Netherlands. The participants were 18 sulonians and 18 students from Stevensbeek School. Yoga is a way of life and the students from Singhania school displayed their flexibility and knowledge of yoga by performing various yoga asanas. The students from Netherlands participated enthusiastically and performed some yoga asanas under the guidance of Swapna miss our yoga instructor. They also shared their fitness routine and inspired our students to take up cycling and different sports to keep themselves fit. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience which helped the students interact with each other and understand the importance of health and yoga in today’s time.
