Yoga for wellness - The ultimate mind and body connection Yoga has been a part of Indian civilization for many years. As part of the exchange program it was a great opportunity to share the knowledge of yoga with students from Metameer school, Netherlands. The students from Singhania school performed various yoga asanas and also helped the students form Netherlands perform along with them with proper guidance. The students from the Netherlands were impressed with the flexibility and benefits of yoga. It was an enriching session which ensured the students form both the schools went back with knowledge and goals of practising yoga as a way of life.
