‘Let’s go shopping at the market today. Buy some fruits and veggies as we play Eat them up, and have some fun Healthy habits, for everyone!’ Our little Sulonians visited the fruit and vegetable market in our school where our little children learned about various fruits and vegetables. Our teachers were dressed up as fruits and vegetable vendors and were selling them. The children weighed the fruits and vegetables and purchased them using artificial money. This activity helped children to understand how they can buy fruits and vegetables and understand about healthy eating habits. They explored the market in interactive way and learnt to make healthy choices.
