Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, Thane conducted elections for the middle school on 3rd April 2025. The annual School House Elections are a highly anticipated event that provides students with the opportunity to step into leadership roles and contribute to the growth and success of their respective houses. This democratic process fosters responsibility, teamwork, and a spirit of healthy competition among students. The election process began with nominations, where interested candidates submitted their names for various positions. This was followed by campaigning, where candidates presented their vision, leadership qualities, and plans for their respective roles. The final stage involved voting, where house members casted their votes to elect their leaders. The School House Elections were conducted in a fair and democratic manner, following a structured voting process using ballot papers, a ballot box, and inked fingers to ensure transparency and integrity. Students of std 6 were the most excited bunch as they were casting their vote for the 1st time. All student voters entered the hall with excitement and exited with beaming smiles, proud of their duty as house members.
