The lamp lighting ceremony for the students of class 10 and 12 of Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School was held on 6th February 2023. This ceremony has been a long running tradition of the school and was graced by our honourable Director - Education and Principal, Dr. Revathi Srinivasan, Vice Principals, Section Heads and all the teachers of the school. Mother Saraswati, goddess of knowledge and art, represents the free flow of wisdom and consciousness. We light the lamp to remind the students of their role, as they take their first step into the new world of opportunities.

Dr. Revathi Srinivasan, lit the lamp, the students pledged to spread knowledge, brightness and hope. She spoke about their roles and responsibilities as the students would now be stepping into varied roles, and how their commitment and hard work would take them to the doors of success.

The evening was celebrated with an accompaniment of some melodious music bringing a glorious end to the event and marking a new beginning for our students.

The brightly lit lamps filled the environment with positivity and exuberance. All the students were brimming with confidence and dedication.
