International Yoga Day is a remarkable occasion that reminds us of the transformative power of yoga in nurturing a healthy body, a calm mind, and peaceful spirit. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the children and staff across the school learned few breathing techniques to feel calm, enhance concentration, reduce stress and maintain emotional balance. All celebrated this day by embracing the wisdom of yoga and spreading the positive influence for a healthier & happier life.
The children as well as teachers took the pledge to integrate yoga in their life by practicing it regularly with their family & friends, for a healthy lifestyle.
