Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School celebrated Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav – 75 years of Independent India with great zeal and vigour and the school gave students a platform to showcase their literary, artistic and creative prowess. All sections of the school from Kindergarten to ISC celebrated the Independence week starting August 8, 2022 by undertaking various activities.

The Independence Day morning commenced with Director – Education and Principal, Revathi Srinivasan, hoisting the Indian Flag in the in the presence of the entire staff and the school Senate. The school pledged their allegiance to the National Flag and to the Sovereign Socialist Secular Democratic Republic for which it stands. With great pride all sang “Saare Jahan se Acha” and “Hum sab Bhartiya hai”. The speech addressed by the Principal, inspired and urged all present and hearing her live on Instagram to create an India of their dreams and make choices that will lead us to the India that we want to live in.

On this special day, Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School achieved ISO Certification for its Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015.

This was followed by an epic morning of performances where the students sang patriotic songs and showcased their poetry and dancing talent. The feeling of patriotism filled the hearts of the audiences with each of the brilliant performances.
